Partners of the European Project “Ambition To Employ” in Burgos

On May 23rd, several partners of the European project "Ambition To Employ" of the Erasmus + program came to our CEEI facilities where the second project meeting took place. The partners are from Poland, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom and Spain.

In this meeting, the partners presented the progress along the first months. Among others activities they talk about the assessment tool (a digital tool for evaluation the readiness of self-employed to hire their first employee), the creation and design of the web page of the project or the presentation of the modules that It will be developed within the learning material for self-employed who wish to hire and employee.

Small enterprises are one of the main components of economic growth, social development and the quality of life of EU citizens. According to this premise was born the project that will develop a new training model to allow the self-employed to hire their first employee with knowledge, capacity and confidence. This project is going to face with some requires such as teaching the practical, legal and financial aspects of employment and sustainable business growth, but also applying new knowledge to overcome psychological barriers and the risks involved.
