A primeros de diciembre tuvimos la reunión del proyecto europeo UpenSkills, un proyecto donde se busca desarrollar y mejorar las habilidades de los emprendedores.
Durante la fase inicial del proyecto y con los distintos grupos de trabajo de las regiones socias del proyecto se determinaron las habilidades más reseñables para los emprendedores.

Last 12th of November took place the Ambition to Employ Multiplier Event to encourage entrepreneurship, ideas generation, start-ups creation and growth through collaborators or new employees.
With this philosophy and as members of the European Project Ambition to Employ, CEEI Burgos organized this workshop in collaboration with the University of Burgos (UBU).

Since the European project: BRIDGES began in April 2016, in which we are participating as advisory partner, we have been working to improve regional development and sharing the experience with other members of the European Union.

CEEI Burgos has participated in the international event: Startup Olé Digital Edition on September the 9th to 11th. Startup Olé, is one of the largest technology events focused on startups and this event is promoted from Salamanca but this year due to the covid-19 crisis the hall event has been online.
The project arises after seeing how students around all Europe and the world have called weekly strikes to protest against climate change and the lack of specific actions against climate change.
VET Students do not want to be mere spectators of policies to combat climate change, but to be themselves agents of change, and for that we must equip them with knowledge and tools. The transmission of knowledge is fundamental, and therefore we also need that VET teachers are trained
in the skills and knowledge that their students are demanding.
UPENSKILLS aims to identify essential soft skills for entrepreneurship in order to develop of a set of training materials for entrepreneurship courses and programmes. Erasmus + project.
These will help in cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset amongst young people. The project thereby addresses the educational needs of young people, during their progression from high school students to young entrepreneurs.
OBJECTIVES
Lean Innovation for Micro Enterprises (LIME) is an European project from Erasmus+ program that it´s going to introduce the lean innovation skillset to our education system and by extension to our economies.

Last Monday, the 20th of January took place the final of the second UNWTO Tourism Start-up Competition in Wakalua, a global innovation hub for tourism in Madrid.
INTER VENTURES aims to help SMEs located along national borders to internationalise their activities. This will spur growth and make EU cross-border regions more competitive.
This project arises in order to improve existing policies related with the internationalization and promotion of SMEs abroad, as a means of improving territorial competitiveness, mainly in border regions of the European Union.

Last Wednesday, the 16th of October, took place the V Meeting of young entrepreneurs in Burgos in the facilities of the University. With this event we promote Burgos entrepreneurship in a dynamic way with quality speakers and this time it was focus on tourism.
